DescriptionWe're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You will be responsible for Front Desk Reception Duties as well as auditing our Pending Sales for Compliance with company and state requirements. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks is key to success in this position. This is a support role to our real estate agents and our management team, including the maintenance of our databases and coordination with attorneys and lenders.

Responsibilities- Front desk reception duties - meet and greet any walk-in clients, route calls to appropriate personnel
- Monitor the online transaction platform for any new or updated sales
- Coordinate all documents and contact information for sales from real estate agents
- Audit all new sales for company and state compliance, and follow up on any outstanding information or documentation
- Maintain a database for all sales data and inform team members as needed
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
- Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
- Purchase office equipment when appropriate
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
