• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules

• Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Support audits and compliance with non-profit and grant requirements

• Partner with program leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Help enhance accounting processes as the organization scales

• 5+ years of accounting experience (non-profit experience a plus, not required)

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and mission-aligned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus)
