Hours:

7am to 3pm OR 1pm to 9pm, rotational shifts, may include continentals and weekends

📄 Duration: 3-month initial contract (possible extension)

About the Role

We are recruiting a Warehouse Material Operator to join a busy and fast-paced operation near Crumlin. This role supports both raw materials and finished goods, ensuring smooth movement of stock across various warehouse zones. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Process finished goods from production areas
  • Pack finished stock onto pallets
  • Put away goods into warehouse locations
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock with an external warehouse
  • Maintain strong housekeeping standards (5S) and support a safe working environment
  • Help reduce waste and prevent product damage
  • Receive raw materials and general deliveries
  • Manage and process waste within the warehouse
  • Pick and pack customer orders
  • Load orders onto delivery vehicles
  • Conduct PI (stock) counts
  • Participate in continuous improvement (PPI) activities
  • Support additional tasks as required by management
  • Work flexibly to help achieve operational targets
  • Occasional travel to offsite locations as required
What We’re Looking For
  • Side-loading forklift licence - Essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar warehouse role
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
