We believe that everyone has strengths, and our mission is to support people to maintain their independence so that they can live their lives well. We believe this starts at the point of first contact with the department. Our Strengths‑Based Model of Practice supports a multidisciplinary approach to enabling and supporting people who live with issues caused by disability, frailty, and ageing.
