We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Staff Nurse to join nursing team on night shifts . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a professional and safe manner. NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to service users in line with individual care plans Administer medication and treatments safely and accurately Monitor residents physical and mental health during night shifts Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents conditions Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Supervise and support care staff on duty during the night Ensure compliance with CQC standards and nursing best practices Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN number (Registered Nurse Adult) Experience in a nursing home or similar care setting preferred Strong clinical and decision-making skills Ability to work independently during night shifts Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
