Our client - a leading provider of innovative solutions across the pharmaceutical, food processing, and agriculture sectors - is expanding and looking for reliable Production/Packing Operatives to join their growing team in Bridgend.

Shift Pattern

This is a full‑time role on a 12‑hour rotating shift pattern:
Days and Nights

3 nights on → 4 off → 3 days on → 1 off → 3 nights on → 4 off → 3 days on
A great pattern for those who enjoy blocks of days off!

What You'll Be Doing

You will play a key role in a clean and well‑organised production facility, including:

Operating and loading machinery
Picking and packing medical products
Maintaining a safe, tidy work environment
Following PPE and behavioural safety guidelines
Reporting hazards and ensuring product quality
Completing necessary production documentation
Working to meet targets and maintain high standards

About You

We're looking for candidates who:

Have experience in a fast‑paced production or packing environment
Are comfortable with manual and repetitive tasks
Have strong attention to detail
Ideally have clean‑room or assembly experience (advantageous but not essential)
