Bridgend Regeneration Programme Manager

37 hours per week - Permanent

We are looking for a highly dynamic individual who has experience of working on large regeneration sites or programmes. If you are someone who can make things happen and are able to demonstrate your ability to drive a large capital development programme forward, we want to hear from you.

• Oversee transformational regeneration work in Bridgend town as part of a mixed-use regeneration programme.
• Drive master planning, strategic acquisitions, capital investment and engagement to ensure that the aspirations of the Council and partners are realised and that transformation is visible and beneficial across the Town.
• Act as the principal driver for the delivery of the programme, working with the public, partners and developers.

• Experience of working on large regeneration sites or programmes.
• Experience of working with the public, partners and developers.
• A valid driving licence is a requirement for this post.
• Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
