Supervises a team of employees who receive telephone calls from customers or potential customers and also has their own workload. Responsible for the daily activity of call center policies and procedures. Ensures quotas for service volume and timeliness are met. Familiar with a variety of insurance sales concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Handles and performs a variety of more complex tasks. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or 3-5 years related experience. Preferred:
