You are the person who extracts meaning from Growth OS data. You turn campaign performance data, customer behaviour signals, and cross-channel analysis into business decisions. Working with SQL, Python, Looker, and Big Query, you transform raw data into insights that feed weekly learning loops. You don't write reports — you tell the system what to do next.
What you'll operate:- Campaign performance analysis and cross-channel comparison reports
- Customer behaviour signal detection and segmentation analysis
- Weekly learning loop insights that feed directly into strategy decisions
- Data visualisation and dashboard creation in Looker and Big Query
- 2+ years in data analysis with SQL and Python proficiency
- Experience with Looker, Big Query, or equivalent BI tools
- Strong analytical thinking — you find the story in the data, not just the numbers
