About the role Hourly rate of £13.86, with sleep-in nights paid at £50 per night. We have full-time, part-time and relief opportunities available.

A full UK or EU driving licence is essential, as the people you’ll be supporting have asked that their Support Workers are able to drive their mobility vehicles.

Shift patterns include: 8am – 3pm, 3pm – 9pm / 10pm, 3pm – 11pm, sleep-in, then 7am – 3pm, Waking nights: 9pm – 8am

No two days are ever the same. One day you might be heading out for walks, enjoying disco dance clubs or searching for dragons in a Welsh castle. Another day could be spent relaxing at home, having a film day, getting creative with arts and crafts, or simply enjoying good company. Swimming, trips to the gym, bowling, crazy golf and visits to the farm or even a zoo are firm favourites.

Do you have experience in healthcare, mental health, learning disabilities, autism or supporting people who may experience distressing behaviours Or perhaps you’re a confident, empathetic and resilient person who wants to make a positive impact while supporting people with complex learning disabilities and autism in a caring, person-centred way.
