Our growing care agency is looking for dedicated Care & Support Workers to join our team in Bridgend.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain their independence and well‑being
• Support clients in community activities and appointments
• Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques
• Support individuals who present with challenging behaviour, using a calm, professional, and person‑centred approach

• At least 6 months of UK‑based experience in care and support work
• Experience working with challenging behaviour and confidence in supporting individuals with complex needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
