• Business partnering with the Lexington Operations team.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager & Senior Ops team to support improvement of financial performance.
• Support on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the Market
• Providing interpretation and challenge to current & future trading plans.
• Ownership of the Lexington investment committee - Supporting the sales team in new business case evaluations, ensuring all proposals are commercially evaluated and vigorously challenged, including post investment reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and cost management whilst developing financial awareness

Working pattern: Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid working

• Proven experience in finance business partnering or senior finance roles within divisional or multi-site environments
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial systems, Excel, and data analysis tools
• Experience driving business performance through financial insight and collaboration
• Degree Educated
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
