This is a Junior/Entry‑Level position - no prior financial crime experience is required. Full training will be provided. • Support financial crime monitoring and assurance activities
• Assist with compliance reviews and control testing
• Produce and maintain monitoring reports for stakeholders
• Help review policies, procedures, and governance documentation
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and control gaps
• Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring frameworks
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assurance work
• Assist with financial crime training and awareness initiatives

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills (data handling, reporting, analysis)
• Analytical mindset with good problem‑solving ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well‑organised and proactive approach

• Maths, Finance, Economics or related degree
• Exposure to data analysis or reporting work
• Interest in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Crime

• Full training provided - no prior experience needed
