Working for a leading engineering contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the residential sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple new‑build residential projects, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.

• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Manage subcontractor performance and relationships
• Monitor project programmes and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain health & safety compliance
• Ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory standards

• Background in mechanical engineering or project management
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
