We are currently working with a number of primary and Welsh-medium schools in Bridgend who are looking for dedicated Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to support pupils in the classroom on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, support pupils through the Welsh language, and take the next step towards a career in education. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a graduate, or someone looking to move into education, we would love to hear from you.

• Supporting the class teacher in primary school classrooms
• Providing one-to-one and small group learning support
• Assisting pupils with their learning through the Welsh language
• Helping prepare classroom resources and activities
• Supporting pupils during lessons and school activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning

• Confident spoken and written Welsh
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine interest in working with children and supporting learning
• Experience working with children or in schools (desirable but not essential)
