Site Manager

The contractor is now seeking a Number 1 Site Manager to take full control of a social housing development in Bridgend, consisting of both flats and houses.

This role requires a confident and experienced Site Manager capable of leading a multi-unit residential project and driving performance across health, safety, quality, and programme.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading all on-site activities as Number 1 Site Manager

* Managing subcontractors and direct labour

* Ensuring health, safety, quality, and programme targets are met

* Overseeing construction of flats and housing units

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities

* Managing site logistics, inspections, and reporting

* Maintaining accurate site documentation
