** What You'll Bring:
** We’re looking for a Broker Account Director to join our growing Go-To-Market team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career or with experience in client service who wants to develop in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll work closely with clients and partners to manage day-to-day needs, ensure smooth delivery of solutions, and identify opportunities to add value.

Your portfolio will consist of tier 2/3 general insurers and MGA’s, innovative Insurtech’s, and national brokers.
This is a remote role with occasional travel to client sites and Trans Union offices under our Flex Together approach.
** Day to Day You’ll Be:**
* ** Manage day-to-day client relationships**, acting as the first point of contact for queries and service requests.
* ** Coordinate delivery of products and services**, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
* ** Support account planning activities**, including reporting and tracking performance against agreed objectives.
* ** Prepare client-facing materials
** such as presentations, reports, and updates.
* ** Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
** and work independently or with senior colleagues to progress them.
* ** Maintain accurate records
** in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
* ** Collaborate with internal teams** (sales, product, operations) to resolve issues and deliver excellent client experiences.

Skills & Experience:

*** Experience in account management, client service, or administrative support (insurance or financial services experience is a plus).
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is desirable.
* Willingness to travel.
