Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor working within an automotive franchised‑approved car dealership in the Bridgend area.

Our client is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor / Parts Person to join their friendly team of vehicle parts professionals.

• Starting salary around £26,500 per annum, pending experience
• Target‑related bonuses providing additional earnings worth roughly £200 per month
• 22 days’ annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays and your birthday off, with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service

• Previous working experience in a busy parts department
• A strong communicator used to dealing with both trade customers and the general public
• An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
• Experience in using motor trade parts systems

As a Parts Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both trade and retail customers with parts. You will be required to serve on both the front and back counters, serving both retail customers and the workshop.

The salary for this Parts Advisor position is up to £26,500, plus monthly target‑related bonus and overtime.

Hours of work are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 1-in-2 Saturdays (8:00 am–12:00 pm) paid at time and a half.
