Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor working within an automotive franchised‑approved car dealership in the Bridgend area.

• Starting salary around £26,500 per annum, pending experience
• Target‑related bonuses providing approximately £200 per month
• 22 days annual holiday allowance plus 8 bank holidays, your birthday off, and increasing holiday allowance over time

• Previous working experience in a busy parts department
• Strong communication skills, comfortable dealing with both trade customers and the general public
• Ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
• Experience using motor trade parts systems

As a Parts Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both trade and retail customers with parts. You will be required to serve on both the front and back counters, serving retail customers and the workshop.

8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with 1‑in‑2 Saturdays (8:00am–12:00pm) paid at time and a half.
