Provides administrative support to the site team ensuring smooth project operations.
Roles and Responsibilities- Maintain site documentation and filing systems.
- Manage attendance records and timesheets.
- Coordinate site logistics and office supplies.
- Assist with report preparation and data entry.
- Support HR and procurement processes.
- Maintain document control registers and transmittals.
- Track delivery notes, invoices, and material receipts.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
- Manage onboarding documentation for site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative procedures.
- Add/remove personnel from the site time clock
- Maintain a contact list for site - DG and trade partners
- Carry out GRNs based on information back from the construction team
- Raise all order requisitions for the construction team to DG purchasing
- Control all documents from the IPS procore to the DG procore
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in construction site administration.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
