A small hospital in Escambia County, Alabama is adding a BC/BE Pediatrician to its staff.
Opportunity Highlights
- Outpatient clinic, newborn rounding, and nursery call (may attend deliveries when on call)
- Call shared with other pediatricians in the community with a frequency of 1 in 4
- The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8 am-5 pm, and Fridays, 8 am-12 pm
- Practice equipped with EMR
Compensation & Benefits Package
- The salary range starts at $210,000 with productivity-based bonuses
- Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, a hospital-pain pension plan, PTO, and more
