Latham Centers, a nationally recognized leader in supporting children and adults with complex special needs, including Prader‑Willi syndrome, is seeking a dedicated Residential Supervisor. In this role, you will manage an interdisciplinary team to provide residential support while ensuring a positive, healthy, and safe living environment for students and staff. You will actively collaborate with residential counselors, students, supervisors, administrators, clinical staff, teachers, ancillary staff, and families to foster a supportive and structured residential program.

Compensation$56,000 annually
ScheduleSunday 8:00 pm–9:00 am, Monday 8:00 pm–8:00 am (Awake), Tuesday 8:00 pm–9:00 am, Wednesday 12:00 pm–2:00 pm
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and develop staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies
- Oversee service planning and required documentation
- Develop outcome measures through data collection (IEPs, life skills assessments, etc.)
- Maintain program compliance with DMR, OCCS, and QUEST requirements, including staff training, behavior management plans, reports, and evaluations
- Ensure timely and effective communication with staff and administration
- Provide emergency backup coverage for the program
- Actively participate in team meetings and supervision
- Provide therapeutic crisis intervention as needed
- Coordinate staff training schedules and maintain training records
- Assist with program development and design
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Children’s Services
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and one year of supervisory experience preferred, or five years of residential treatment experience with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Three years of residential treatment experience with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), CPR/First Aid, and Medication Administration training provided if not already held
