Position Summary: Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current Massachusetts SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem‑solving skills.
