Position: Telemetry Registered Nurse  - Brevard, North Carolina

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, particularly those recovering in swing bed or geriatric care settings
  • Utilize advanced wound care skills to support patient recovery
  • Perform minor procedures as required within the unit
  • Adhere to established protocols and documentation standards utilizing Cerner system
  • Collaborate with a close-knit, experienced team ensuring optimal patient ratios (6-7:1)
  • Maintain professional appearance consistent with a navy top and white bottoms dress code
  • Support the units goal of delivering attentive, concierge-style patient experiences
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse license with current BLS certification required
  • Experience in care of geriatric patients or inpatient rehabilitation (swing bed) highly desirable
  • ACLS and CPI certifications preferred
  • Comfortable working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with variable shift scheduling
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture
