Production Associate - Brevard - Up to $19/hr
Pride Staff is recruiting for Production Associates for Night Shift for a manufacturing company located in Brevard.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform production tasks such as:
Palletizing and depalletizing, case packing and sealing, blending and connecting bags, rework and sanitation, product inspections and hand assembly - Keep up with the required work pace based on production needs.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene rules.
- Be willing to work in different production areas as needed.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Clearly report needs or issues, such as: material shortages, quality concerns, food safety issues, and foreign materials.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Understand and track the lot numbers of materials used on your assigned line.
- When production is low, identify opportunities to clean organize and help other areas.
- Ability to use a hoist.
- Read, write, and understand basic math, including weights and weight calculations, percentages and number sequences, color codes.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Dependable with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to: stand for the full shift, lift, twist, bend, stoop, push, and carry up to 15 pounds regularly, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
Night
Shift: Monday-Thursday (6p-6a)
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
