We are seeking an MRI Tech for our team at Transylvania Regional Hospital to continue providing high quality, efficient care.

• Provide imaging services utilizing Magnetic Resonance equipment and perform a variety of MRI procedures, invasive and non-invasive, on a variety of patients.
• Utilize sterile technique when necessary and operate complex MRI equipment; assist physicians as needed.
• Manipulate computer data and images for interpretation, reproduce on film as required, and use a networking system for permanent storage.
• Function with independent judgment and initiative; assume responsibility for designated areas and procedures.
• Ensure the safety of patients and staff in the MRI suite and conduct MRI screening as part of patient care.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• Required License: ARRT and/or ARMRIT registered in Magnetic Resonance Imaging; BLS certified.
• Required Experience:
  
  Two (2) years of experience in a multi-disciplined Radiology department or approved MRI clinical education experience.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Two (2) years' experience in MRI.
