Service Technician

Overview Join to apply for the Service Technician role  are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will perform routine and extraordinary maintenance on customer equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards. Work involves industrial lifting equipment (overhead cranes and hoists) with on-site repairs at customer locations. After training, the role focuses on maintenance and repairs of lifting systems in an industrial setting, mainly in Lombardy.

Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs of electric overhead cranes and hoists at customer sites.

Diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems and determine necessary repair actions.

Explain intervention results to the customer, including system condition, preventive and corrective maintenance, and any modernization work.

Highlight safety and quality risks and suggest improvement projects for equipment and machinery.

Prepare and update documentation of activities and submit it promptly per guidelines.

Conduct regular maintenance and inventory of company-provided tools, vehicles, and assets.

Qualifications Secondary school diploma, ideally with a qualification in electromechanical technician.

Interest and experience in electromechanical maintenance of lifting devices (cranes, hoists) and related technology; ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.

Excellent Italian; proficient English is a plus.

Organizational skills, autonomy, problem solving, good physical condition, and willingness to work tomer focus and teamwork; ability to collaborate with other maintenance technicians to maximize customer satisfaction.

Availability for overtime and travel; possession of driving license B; daily travel to customer sites with company vehicle.

Residence in Lombardy region, preferably in Brescia province.
