Un'azienda di consulenza cerca una risorsa da inserire nel team call center, responsabile della gestione telefonica dei contatti con clienti attivi e nuovi. La figura dovrà gestire chiamate in entrata per assistenza e supporto, occuparsi di attività outbound e registrare i contatti sul gestionale CRM. È richiesta buona comunicazione, predisposizione al contatto col pubblico e familiarità con strumenti digitali. Offriamo contratto a tempo determinato full time con compenso regolare e possibilità di proroga.
