We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented
** Seasonal Data & Shipping Associate
** to support our holiday volume surge. You’ll help ensure accurate order processing, data entry, and timely shipping — enabling us to meet demand during our busiest season.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Data & Order Processing
*** Accurately enter customer and order data into internal systems.
* Validate order details, shipping addresses, and service specifications.
* Troubleshoot and correct data inconsistencies.
** Shipping & Logistics
*** Prepare outgoing packages for domestic and international shipping.
* Print shipping labels, customs forms, and track shipments.
* Coordinate with carriers (e.g., UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) for pickups.
** Quality Control
*** Inspect items before packaging to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Document and report discrepancies to supervisors.
** Communication & Support
*** Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status.
* Provide updates on shipping delays or issues.
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable transportation to Brentwood, TN.
** Preferred
* ** Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or data entry roles.
* Familiarity with carriers and shipping software.
** Skills
* ** Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
* Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with shipping equipment.
