Valet - Lexus of Springs

Lexus of Cool Springs has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time Service Valet. We are looking for someone that enjoys meeting people and assisting them.

PAY RATE $16/HR, $17 AFTER 90 DAYS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets and welcomes clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and assist them to the appropriate advisor or location
• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
• Installs disposable seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, and  in all vehicles brought in for service
• Inspects each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service for lot damage
• Drives vehicle through automatic car wash and light vacuuming
• Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
• Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Follows all safety and security procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• No experience necessary. We are willing to train
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Highly professional and dependable
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• All applicants must be at least 19 years old with 3 years of driving experience, able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver's license
