Job Title: Concrete Laborer

United Trades of America is seeking hard-working and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidates will assist in the construction and finishing of concrete surfaces and structures. This role involves physically demanding work, and applicants must be able to work in various weather conditions. Previous experience in concrete labor is preferred but not required.

• Assist in pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete
• Prepare job sites by cleaning, setting up forms, and reinforcing materials
• Operate various tools and equipment used in concrete work, including mixers, trowels, and saws
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure high-quality concrete finishes
• Maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the project
• Support team members in completing tasks on time and to specification

• Strong work ethic and physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of physical labor
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
• Experience in concrete work preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing
• Reliable transportation to job sites
