For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. The Sales Development Representative role is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in either our Santa Rosa Beach, FL, or Nashville, TN office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, Linked In, and video
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria (ICP, BANT, MEDDICC, etc.)
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and business challenges
  • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and follow-up
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and meeting goals
  • Continuously refine messaging through testing and feedback
What we are looking for
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Copper, Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Coachable mindset and desire to grow in sales
