The Sales Development Representative role is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in either our Santa Rosa Beach, FL, or Nashville, TN office.

Key Responsibilities- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, Linked In, and video
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria (ICP, BANT, MEDDICC, etc.)
- Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and business challenges
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and follow-up
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and meeting goals
- Continuously refine messaging through testing and feedback
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Copper, Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Coachable mindset and desire to grow in sales
