2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Representative for our client Dell. The Brand Representative (BA) will build relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores. The role involves meeting sales goals, training, merchandising, and fostering brand enthusiasm.

About the Job

The Brand Representative primarily builds relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores on behalf of Dell. The ideal candidate is a “people‑person” who can cultivate excitement about Dell products. The position leverages relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products worldwide.

Day‑in‑the‑Life
  • Works Tuesday to Saturday; schedule is flexible to support work/life balance.
  • Refresh product displays quarterly.
  • Incentives based on designated sales goal performance for Dell products.
  • Build partnerships and trust with store associates and shoppers.
  • Educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings.
  • Maintain Dell’s brand standards by inspecting displays.
  • Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities.
  • Develop partnership with retail store management.
  • Schedule and facilitate sales and product training.
  • Ensure current products displayed, functional, and clean.
  • Set retail display resets & refreshes as needed.
  • Opportunity to travel for merchandising nationwide.
  • Educate customers and make product recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales productivity goals monthly/quarterly.
  • Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide channel insight.
  • Maintain brand merchandising and standards.
Performance Measurements
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
  • Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
  • Schedule visits two weeks or more in advance.
  • Execute sales activities at each location.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence business relationships.
  • Maintain documentation for each visit.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 6+ months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical products preferred.
  • 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Travel within 70 miles of ideal market zip code; occasional travel to other markets.
  • Reliable transportation & required liability insurance.
