Role OverviewManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to guarantee excellent quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be 18 years or older and possess a flexible schedule and positive team‑player attitude.
