Overview
EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY - 32 HOURS PER WEEK - 7a-3p/3p-11p - $40.00 per hour base pay + $10.00 per hour shift premium

- Paid license renewal after 2 years of employment
- As an RN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
- Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls
- Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee required
- At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred
- Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
- Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
