Position: RN - $40/hour
Available Full-Time Shifts

* 2nd shift:
Mon-Fri, 2:45-11:15 pm - $40.00 per hour base pay plus $0.75 shift differential

* 3rd

Shift: Mon-Fri, Every Other Weekend, 11:15pm
-7:15am- $40.00 per hour base pay plus $4 premium

Job Responsibilities:

* As an RN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift

* Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.

* Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds

Qualifications:

* Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee required

* At least 6 months' experience working in long-term care setting preferred

* Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents

* Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively

* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy

* Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
