About the Role:

The Brand Manager at Intune Physical Therapy (Intune) plays a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to achieve our business goals. In this position, you will develop and implement strategies to drive patient volume growth and improve our patient experience. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on collaboration. You will work closely with our clinic teams, our referring physicians and our internal teams to lead initiatives that support our clinicians in delivering the highest level of care.

What You’ll Do:
  • Brand Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with marketing leadership to craft and execute a brand strategy with programmatic solutions that help us grow while also supporting best-in-class patient care.
  • Campaign Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of high-impact marketing campaigns at the clinic level, and the corporate level, that focus on growing patient volume and building our brand.
  • Local Clinic Marketing: Provide solutions and support to clinic teams, offering programs and resources that help them grow.
  • Creative Oversight: Collaborate with our shared services team to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and we’re consistently pushing to develop new avenues of marketing growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • Support New Clinic Growth: Lead the marketing of new acquisitions and site openings, ensuring they deliver impactful results and align with long-term business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek process improvements to manage your workload and ensure we’re running as efficiently as possible.
  • Industry Expert: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
  • Budget Management: Manage clinic marketing spend and allocate budgets based on effective marketing strategies. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting.
  • You have healthcare experience and understand how to grow patient volume in a multi-brand, outpatient environment
  • You understand brand architecture and know how to expand the reach of a healthcare brand.
  • You understand how to translate patient experience into volume growth
  • You’re comfortable working in a smaller, high-growth environment
  • You’re a creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have experience using data and analytics to guide marketing decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
  • You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable delegating tasks to focus on high-priority goals.
  • You’re skilled at mentoring and developing team members to ensure they perform at their best.
