Accounting Manager - Healthcare | Hybrid

Overview

A national, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and manage a team of Senior Accountants. This role is ideal for a hands-on people leader who enjoys mentoring teams, owning the close process, and partnering closely with leadership.

• Lead month-end close, journal entry review, and reconciliations
• Manage and develop a team of Senior Accountants
• Oversee general ledger accuracy and financial reporting
• Partner with leadership on audits, tax filings, and ad-hoc reporting
• Drive process improvements and help streamline accounting operations

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager (or strong Senior ready to step up)
• Solid full-cycle GL and close experience
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Healthcare experience a plus, but not required

• Very flexible hybrid schedule (in office only a handful of days per month)
