Health Leaders, a division of Simplify Compliance, is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and operationally-minded Executive Engagement Manager to join the Health Leaders Exchange team. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing process owner and relationship builder to lead and scale our executive network participation. As the Executive Engagement Manager, you will be both the architect and the steward of our recruitment and engagement strategy—responsible for developing and implementing repeatable systems to drive sustainable growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible executive recruitment and engagement goals across Health Leaders Exchange service lines.
  • Strategic ownership of new market growth—research, prioritize, and execute plans to expand into untapped executive segments.
  • Maintain a strong executive presence and build trust with senior healthcare leaders.
  • Manage and mentor a small team responsible for outreach, recruitment, and engagement workflows.
  • Develop and refine repeatable, data-driven systems for identifying, reaching, and converting qualified healthcare executives.
  • Build and manage a dynamic participant pipeline, with a focus on newly appointed VP- and C-suite-level healthcare leaders.
  • Oversee CRM usage, pipeline analytics, and performance metrics to ensure outreach effectiveness and visibility.
  • Drive content-led outreach strategies across channels (Linked In, email, industry PR, etc.) to elevate the brand and personalize value.
  • Work cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, events, and analytics to ensure alignment and success across all executive touchpoints.
  • Provide regular performance updates to leadership, including progress against KPIs and recommendations for product evolution.
  • Represent the Exchange at executive round tables and retreats, cultivating relationships and gathering feedback.

The Individual
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve growth and engagement KPIs.
  • Ability to develop and launch scalable systems for outreach, tracking, and engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; concise, clear and professional.
  • Analytical mindset, confident interpreting outreach data and campaign metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM fluency (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
  • Experience with Linked In outreach, tracking systems, and executive segmentation tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications.
  • 1–3 years management, supervisory or similar leadership role.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in delegate recruitment, executive relationship management, or business development.
