Technology Lead – Web Methods. Duration:

• Experience with web Methods Integration and web Methods products like Designer, Integration Server, My web Methods Server, Universal Messaging, etc.
• Good understanding of e-commerce and web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or other enterprise-level integration. Experience developing web services and understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Familiar with Portals and Portal development.
• Apply technical/functional skills to our customers and implement solutions that run, manage and optimize key business processes. Ability to respond to detailed customer queries.
• Knowledge of design patterns and recommendations for proper usage of patterns. Guide and help others in creating and reusing components.
• Continuously build domain knowledge and technical skills to reach higher levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to changing conditions in day-to-day work.
• Coach, guide and mentor junior team members to help them scale faster.
• Be part of client teams as a senior resource and travel extensively as required.

• Basic
  :
  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Preferred
  :
  Technical responsibilities include development, maintenance, support and implementation of complex project modules. Extensive knowledge of standard concepts and principles in delivering consulting project assignments.
