We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, clinical operations, and software development teams. This role combines technical depth with strong product strategy ownership—guiding products from concept through development, launch, and continuous enhancement.
The TPM will shape product vision, translate complex business and clinical needs into actionable requirements, and ensure our healthcare technology solutions deliver measurable value and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business partners and architecture leads to define product strategy
- Build business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and ROI projections
- Contribute to long‑term technology roadmap and strategic planning
- Translate clinical/business needs into detailed product specifications
- Write epics, user stories, and process models
- Document functional design and maintain authoritative product documentation
- Manage product backlog and drive prioritization
- Lead discovery, scoping, and sprint planning activities
- Make trade‑off decisions around cost, content, and timelines
- Act as the primary liaison between development, architecture, business partners, and IT
- Align expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparency
- Support customer feedback loops and incorporate insights into product iterations
- Drive products from concept to launch and beyond
- Oversee enhancements, fixes, and integrations
- Conduct market and customer analyses to support product decisions
- Influence GTM strategy and rollout planning
- Support training, documentation, communication, and adoption
- Assist with implementation activities across clinical or business environments
- Serve as the technical liaison with customers and stakeholders
- Research and prototype new technologies and product capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
, or related field - 7+ years of experience in IT and/or Healthcare
- 3–5 years as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst
- Strong background in business case development and ROI analysis
- Deep understanding of Agile, SDLC, and requirements management
- Exceptional skills in translating complex needs into clear technical requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Share Point
- Ability to travel up to 25%
