Corpay is currently looking to hire a Data Onboarding Consultant within our Implementations division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business based out of our Brentwood, TN location. In this role you will manage critical data activities for Corpay’s clients to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client success. The role combines client-facing and internal technical responsibilities. You will report directly to the Manager of Technical Implementations.

- Serve as the primary point of client contact for all data services from the sales process through implementation
- Work with clients and internal partners to obtain and validate data to be used in data services
- Analyze client data and present findings to improve data ingestion results
- Utilize data cleaning and mapping tools to ingest data into the application
- Coordinate scoping, prioritization, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of client data services (one‑time import, ongoing integrations)
- First line of defense for triaging issues related to data imports and integrations
- Maintain a prioritized queue of data services deliverables
- Contribute to the overall strategy for Implementations
- 2–5 years experience managing or working with data (training/education counts)
- Comfortable communicating complex information in simple terms
- Experience managing projects
- Experience working with large, non‑uniform data sets
- Experience working directly with clients and prospects to assess needs and define technical solutions
- Experience with data mapping and BI tools
- Familiarity with engineering tools and practices is beneficial
