Job Summary

Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs – entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff and hourly, and possibly management. Place employment ads in appropriate sources, maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.

Education and Experience
  • 4‑year bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Two or more years recruiting experience in an agency, corporate, or RPO environment (required).
  • No licensure or certification required.

  • Business acumen, recruitment and selection, coaching, partnering, executive search, compliance, consulting, performance improvement, performance metrics, issue management, workforce planning.
  • Provide professional expertise in designing, developing, and implementing the talent acquisition process to achieve business goals.
  • Serve as a business partner to hiring managers, creating recruiting and interviewing plans, defining candidate selection criteria, developing job postings, and planning recruitment timelines.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with managers to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Develop networks for attracting active and passive candidates through social, professional, and industry networks.
  • Promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes to ensure a highly positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system and manage full life‑cycle recruitment (post, source, pre‑screen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding).
  • Maintain integrity and consistency of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and policies to meet organizational, regulatory, or legal requirements.
  • Ensure an EEO/AAP compliant selection process including reporting and internal education.
