Job Description & How to Apply Below
At Enjoyco, we believe emotional health should be simple, affordable, and enjoyable. As a therapist-owned and operated emotional health and wellness company in the Greater Nashville Area, we're building something different - a scalable, insurance-accessible mental health practice that delivers exceptional care without burning out our clinicians.
We provide excellence in mental health therapy, deliver clear roadmaps for positive change, and offer meaningful courses, workshops, and books that help our clients create lasting transformation and enjoy their lives again.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a passionate, fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team and help us meet the steady stream of clients seeking our services. This is your chance to build a thriving practice without the administrative burden - we handle all the insurance headaches and marketing so you can focus on what you do best: transforming lives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide outpatient individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families (ages 13+)
- Deliver mostly tele-health clinical counseling services via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform (with office space available as your caseload grows)
- Maintain at least 18 client sessions per week in a goal-oriented, purpose-driven therapeutic environment
- Complete timely clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans) by Friday each week
- Collaborate with clients' treatment teams (PCPs, psychiatrists, schools) as needed
- Participate in mandatory staff meetings, training, and peer supervision
- Engage in community resource building to support caseload development
- Support and collaborate with team members in a dynamic, growth-oriented culture
Therapist-Led & Therapist-Centered
Owned and operated by a licensed therapist and approved TN supervisor - not big tech or private equity. Your professional needs and insights are valued here.
Best-Fit Client Matches
Our specialized intake team prioritizes matching you with clients who align with your passions and strengths, ensuring more fulfilling sessions and minimizing burnout.
No Non-Compete Clauses
We believe in your freedom to grow. Our job is to steward and support you while you're with us-not restrict your future.
Community Empowerment
We partner with you to develop your professional passions and make an impact in the community that matters most to you. A rising tide raises all ships.
We Handle the Heavy Lifting
- All administrative tasks and insurance credentialing
- Marketing to build your caseload
- AI-powered notetaker for efficient documentation
- Up to $200 in annual CEU reimbursement
- Dedicated Clinical Support Coach for personalized guidance
- Active peer group supervision and collaborative community
Education & Licensure:
- Master's Degree (or higher) from an accredited program in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee licensure as one of the following:
- Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) - $45-49/hr
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - $45-50/hr
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - $45-50/hr
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - $60-68/hr (Full-Time Only)
- Must hold full, unrestricted licensure (no associate or temporary licenses)
- Applicants with pending full licensure may be considered if all paperwork has been submitted and licensure will be granted within 90 days
- Permanent residency in the State of Tennessee is required
- Active Tennessee license in good standing
- Minimum of one year post-licensure experience
- At least one specialized niche (e.g., teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management)
- Ability to manage a minimum caseload of 18 clients per week
- Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
- Equipped for confidential telehealth services with necessary technology
- Committed to continuous professional growth and learning
- Prior experience in a private practice setting
- Experience facilitating groups or workshops
- EMDR certification (bonus, not required)
