ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of the Revenue Cycle Compliance Program for assigned lines of business in alignment with enterprise strategy. Identify key compliance risks in coding, billing, documentation integrity, charge capture, medical necessity, and reimbursement. Collaborate with the VP to ensure program consistency, scalability, and alignment across lines of business.

- In-depth knowledge of federal and state billing, coding, and documentation regulations; OIG, CMS, and managed care requirements
- Strong understanding of inpatient, outpatient, and professional billing rules and payer requirements

- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and to work collaboratively across departments and divisions
- Proven ability to manage sensitive issues and investigations with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office programs

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, Business, Nursing, or related field required. Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CHPC) required within first 12 months.
Experience- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in revenue cycle compliance, coding, auditing, or related roles.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a leadership or advisory role within a complex, matrixed or multi-entity healthcare system.
