Client located in the Brentwood area. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Assist Client on ALL transfers, from a seated position to standing and by walking beside her until she gets to her destination, holding onto her gait belt. Standby assist on toileting. Encourage/offer hydration. Offer and assist her to get shower and dressed each morning before shift ends. Light housekeeping in her quarters, laundry, linens as needed. Engage with her when awake.

Take out garbage at end of shift if needed.

ADL's:
Mobility
:
Client is fully weight-bearing and uses a cane for mobility. CG should walk with her on each transfer since she cannot often tell when she will get off balance. She no longer needs the most help getting up from a lying or seated position. Once standing, she can walk without a cane. She should not attempt stairs.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one or family member
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language
• Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
• Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks
• Consent to drug and alcohol testing
• TB test
