PositionCopyright & Administration Manager
Responsibilities- Oversee song registrations
- Verify splits and onboarding of clients and agreements
- Recapture copyrights via terminations
- Register songs with PROs and various global entities
- Conduct song research and negotiate samples
- Act as liaison with clients related to song information
- Personable on phone and in person
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient with Excel and MS Word
- MS Access skills helpful
- Basic understanding of music publishing, copyright, and related legal issues preferred
- Strong client relations and presentation skills
- Experience in the media industry and social media is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience preferred
