Overview
Pay Rate: $45,000 - $55,000
The Branch Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the branch. As a branch administrator, you will support the Branch Manager and multiple internal teams by handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities. This includes accounting tasks, HR support, sales assistance, operational coordination, and maintaining efficient communication across the branch. The ideal Branch Administrator is proactive, detail‑oriented, and skilled at problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

As a Branch Administrator
, your responsibilities will include:
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Handle various operational tasks to ensure daily branch activities run efficiently.
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
- Coordinate travel accommodations for employees.
- Plan company meetings, events, and activities.
- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with preparing and managing sales contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Support sales initiatives and help the team reach branch sales goals.
- Accounting & Financial Administration
- Receive, review, and enter invoices accurately into the accounting system.
- Process customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and other financial tasks as needed.
- Human Resources & Payroll
- Conduct new‑hire orientations and oversee the full onboarding process.
- Coordinate H2B travel, housing, and onboarding logistics.
- Support the payroll coordinator in preparing and processing payroll for branch employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR data entry.
- Manage uniform distribution and inventory.
- Assist with workers' compensation claims and safety documentation.
- Act as the communication bridge between HR leadership and branch employees.
- Address employee questions, process status changes, and support HR compliance.
- Manage open positions, screen applicants, and schedule interviews—key tasks for a Branch Administrator supporting recruitment.
- Proven experience as a Branch Administrator, administrative professional, or similar role—preferably within the landscaping industry.
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll functions, and accounting workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities for working with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through.
- Experience with EOS is a plus.
