The position pays up to $95K, depending on experience, plus a 10% annual bonus. It is fully on-site, with flexibility to work remotely on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage month-end close processes for assigned properties
- Handle CAM accounting
- Conduct balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
- Support the FP&A team with budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare and deliver financial reports
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in property accounting is required
