This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Leadership position located in Brentwood, CA. The Store Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive business results to meet sales and performance goals. The role involves creating a positive, inclusive work environment, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and implementing strategies in alignment with company objectives to achieve operational excellence.

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Customer service skills with the ability to create positive and engaging in-store experiences
• Expertise in sales planning, goal setting, and driving store performance
• Understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant store management tools and technology
• Previous retail management experience preferred
• Passion for fostering an inclusive and motivating team environment
